I respect your candor and insights.  I never once mentioned anyone in particular, and reflect mainly on iFlub experiences.  As for shorting, that damage was done, and may well resurface post R/S unless news/fundamentals can prop up the share price.  Shorting isn't illegal, unless it's with nonexistent shares.  I wouldn't hesitate to use that tool, but I can lose my money well enough on my own without using borrowed funds .  I too hope the needed steps will be taken by ML to move the company and our shareprice ahead.  I don't oppose good debates/counterpoints.  I do not appreciate the abusive name calling day in and day out.  JMHO.
