Why wouldn't uplisting being in LPC's financial interest? They own shares in the company and a rising tide lifts all boats.

I can't imagine a scenario where LPC wouldn't greatly benefit from an uplist to Nasdaq. Please feel free to elaborate on how this would not be in LPC's financial interests.
