D, I wouldn't be shocked if he was compensated the same way the rest of the BOD is. Quarterly vested shares upwards of 1.5 million shares or more. We know for a fact that RC did not cash in on his full allotment of shares and vested shares may have already been dumped into the market. I am fairly confident we will find out his compensation package come February 15 during the quarterly report.
