I agree Kennylee. I'll add that a good CEO needs to understand their own limitations and humble themselves when necessary. I'll say it again; I found RC to be arrogant. Once he became a public company CEO, met with senators and was put on a pedestal by many; he might have said to himself, "I own the shareholders nothing". My impression is that it all went to his head but on the other hand he couldn't have been too focused on the PPS. He did little to prop it. I like Dr. Jones education, background and patents. I believe he will do a much better job and will be much more focused on GRCU. I question what his compensation is.
