We essentially out bid Big Pharma for these acquisitions. Big Pharma may have even offered more in cash than we ended up paying for them, but because our offer included shares of AMBS, which is way undervalued, they decided to take our offer because in a few years they'd be way ahead due to MANF.

I think the ace in the hole in all these great acquisitions is offering people huge stakes in MANF. We're simply leveraging MANF, and it appears to be working.
