A project that is "simple and short term"! What a concept! YA THINK! The guy's only had ten months while during the entire time the company was under a well rumored investigation. He probably thought he had a lifetime to accomplish something! If the filings were being delayed due to lack of cooperation by some of the prior BOD then at least whatever data was being hidden will become transparent via the FBI and/or courts.
These most recent PR'S of mergers, dividends, message board posts claiming "filings by July, 2014" have been ludicrous and a huge mistake. This company has moved at a snails pace since I bought my first share in June, 2010. A "snails pace" whether they had investors, shares, revenue or not. It's a focking unmitigated mess! Thank goodness I sold out all my IRA retirement account with a small profit a month or two before the halt. I have 1mm shares sitting at the TA that I'll probably be wiping my arse with! So be it! I knew the risks and I can afford the loss!
