Let's face it ... The fat lady is re-hearsing and she is warming up fast.
What it would take to stop her:
a passionate CEO and BOD that believe it can be done.
IMO, asking current suffering shareholders to pony up more cash to get it done is NOT right. Mgnt team need to do it on their own and prove themselves.
What is the reward?
- They will get 1% of EACH SHAREHOLDER's total shares FREE. (that 1% number can be negotiated)
How are going to get the reward?
- By setting mile-stones,i.e., certain number of barrels per month in each mile-stone, or certain PPS in each mile-stone. If reached, they will get certain % of the those free shares.
