What is important was the outstanding share structure at the time. More significantly, the $12.00 was the high of the day and the "CLOSE on The High of The DAY" with 36,000 shares traded.

About the Reverse split mentioned....all should have been aware since it was pulled from a filed report on OTC...My expectation is that folks read those as part of "DD Performed"
