I was looking for the reason why the share price Suny found in May 2000 jumped from .25 to $12.00. When I saw that the reverse split was report on May 31, 2000 I wondered if there was any correlation.
It's a reasonable question I believe considering it's presented as a reason to believe that DUTV's share price can go up thousands of percent in a short time ( a day in this case).
What I'd also like to know is how long did the share price stay at $12.00 and what was the dollar volume traded over the proceeding months to a years (up to June 2001).
Very tittilating information SUNY has presented but only when you dig deeper can you discover how it MIGHT impact shareholders if and when the share price does get catapulted up. IMHO.
