Simply explained! You can use MANF and patent it to use it as a tooth whitener. Yes, you will get that patent because you applied for it first and AMARANTUS didn't, however, if you do try to commercialize, you will have to go through AMARANTUS since they OWN the actual MANF fundamental composition of matter patents. NO ONE - NO ONE - can make a cent out of MANF without AMARANTUS' consent - PERIOD!
