The patent drama is still very much ongoing with John Commissiong's claims of using MANF to treat neurodegenerative disorders (vs. Saarma's similar claims). I'm guessing we haven't heard much from the company regarding MANF applications to PD because of this. The good news is that it appears the company is fully utilizing its relationship with Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich, & Rosati to defend these claims. To see for yourself, you can go to the US Patent Office PAIR system here:

From there, select the "Publication Number" button and try each of the following numbers (corresponding to JC's recent patent apps related to the use of MANF). The "Transaction History" and "Image File Wrapper" tabs are where you can see the process flow of the patent activities and also view/download PDF files of written correspondence between the patent office and the company.
