It was Jason's idea that the company was putting the news off until the conference so they could explain the results. The reality is, they may have one or more reasons for this which may or may not include what Jason suggested.

@rj_wing I think he wants the opportunity to explain the data to the public, instead of just putting out the PR and twitter bombard him.
