Big A, regarding your post (#45746), I realize you prefaced with "my opinion", but do you know for a fact that the discrepancies you mentioned were fixed and proof sent? Also, my opinion is the pod mock up issue will have to be addressed in one form or another prior to licensing. I don't think that HC put the pod issue in the inspection report as a guideline on how they want the finished pods to be installed. I believe they will need to confirm that they are in fact up to par. Do you have any info regarding the status of finished pods? I would hate to assume that we will get the benefit of the doubt on this from HC. I'm optimistic but don't want to incur another late in the game, oops.
