otc are among the most manipulated in the world (for very obvious reasons). if that isn't obvious to you, perhaps its time to hit some books
ntek charts show a great deal of divergence. perhaps another word to look up and add to the lexicon - divergence
learn what happens when divergence resolves
in the meantime, note the wash trades (how evenly they match up on l2). not much to say really. the stock could benefit from more buying pressure and that is where ces 2015 likely comes in. i don't see this as tax selling really. i see this as covering. manipulation
the cause doesn't really matter. buying pressure is the quickest way out. ces is the nearest obvious candidate (aka catalyst). lots of eyes should be on ntek during ces. not many penny stocks attend these kinds of things. not many penny stocks even have
