I am agree with your conclusions for the most part. This distraction is probably the reason Margrit and Dan have been so busy that they could not keep investors informed. And, it explains why MRIB may have been forced to dilute a little as they need to pay for legal services. Too bad Marani has not just come out and told investors this as I am sure most investors would be fully supportive of the company and probably bought stock to help out.
