$MRIB Good heads up. This is not enough to worry me. I see this merely as what it is. One party, Bodie, who wants to extract as much as possible, has failed to come to an outside agreement with the other party, MRIB, who does not want to pay out more than necessary and be taken for a ride. The trial is not until May. This should not affect penny season until after the spring run(s) is/are up. Still planning to buy in lower triple zero range. $MRIB
