Beno was just pointing out a concern that many have expressed. Why does Garry think it's acceptable to share information with a select few (yourself included)? Why is he unable/ unwilling to publically announce the same things he shares in private/personal conversations? He also has granted you permission to share what you discuss so these things must be okay for public consumption.


Insider trading is for the SEC to determine so we'll not go there, but for you and others to make it seem as if Garry's disclosure's of DUTV information to you is OKAY, while he fails to directly update other investors, especially after promising "fluid updates", is borderline outrageous. In my humble opinion.
