If you want to believe that this was an orchestrated event to work penny stock shares for profit, then you have a hard way to go. A mighty task in court.
This is more of a "bully you" case. I'll make all these claims and let you defend them. Get the defendants to plead and a little fine without admitting wrongdoing, or maybe just a minor offense.
