I'm not making accusations mind you, it's just odd to me that if the sec finds that the named individuals did not profit from the oil strike then they just close the case and move on,... In other words if they find nothing the company moves on but has already been damaged by the charges. They made a very specific claim with a chart as to how much each of the defendents profited, how would they even have that information without deposing records?
