I swear to you, I have never had any position in PTOI and I have no financial interest in or resulting from PTOI. However that's not for my lack of wanting a short position in PTOI. I just am unable to short PTOI without paying prohibitive fees to a broker which might be able to come up with a borrow for me.
As far as naked shorting, the only entity able to conjure up shares out of thin air and sell them onto the market on a regular basis is PTOI itself...and those shares never need to be repurchased.
