Does anyone remember former CEO, Kevin Rauber a few years ago??
He was another CEO whom investors felt comfortable riding his coattails. Mr. Rauber left a job at RockTenn to work for PTOI. Certainly, investors reasoned, if Mr. Rauber left RockTenn for PTOI then he must have done his DD and that was good enough for investors. After all, why would he join little ol' PTOI if PTOI wasn't 100% legit??
Then in 2012 when Mr. Rauber announced the PTOI would be cash flow positive in two quarters...fireworks...investors were in heaven!! Then when cash flow positive didn't happen, Mr. Rauber left and gave the excuse that it was only because processor #3 wasn't quite up yet that cash flow positive didn't happen.
I don't know how Mr. Rauber formed a basis for cash flow positive nor a basis for the reason why that didn't happen but I can guess. However in Mr. Heddle's case, Mr. Heddle can clearly see that he misled investors and he's not stepping up.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
