The SEC is NOT my concern. The reason I am posting this publicly is that the "ass" is out of the barn. You KNOW they watch this site, but thanks to our gate keepers they have been shut out. Again I say; BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
They have already done too much and left too big of a footprint. Suffice it to say I am taunting them. Their show will close sometime in the first quarter of next year and they can't do anything about it, but their arrogance will allow them to continue this charade to pick up cheap shares.
Given my understanding of their numerous and egregious infractions any shares they have accumulated will be considered ill gotten gains.
Again, this is NOT an SEC issue. BELIEVE ME.
This will not bode well after the smoke clears, but the point is they have crossed a line hat goes so much further than just a "chat room." Their arrogance has hobbled them.
I bet they aren't even domiciled in the USA. That being the case our reach just got longer.
Just stay tuned. They are far from infallible. They have already tipped their hand.
