problem is the SEC does not give a crap about OTC stocks...... i have seen every type of bashing you can think of all the way down to a video that was posted on youtube from a ihub basher that the company was able to get removed with in hours of it being posted ....... this video was all lies and slander and actually said the company products were boot legged....... although the company got it removed the SEC never followed up on any of the claims that were made and that poster was allowed to stay on the boards and also got to keep his mod spot on that board .............. i wish i had more hope in stopping bashing but its just a part of the world we trade in ....... this is why BLTA is one of only stocks that i use web boards on .......... life is alot easier when your just trading charts and not listening to all the noise out there
