Yes. The constant verbal positioning of PTOI is what I've seen in scams across the internet. That's why wrote the signature at the bottom of my posts:

"Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary."

It's virtually the same story over and over and over and over and over and over. All the way down to the investors who are faithful and patient to their particular scam stock and who vigorously defend the swindlers who victimized them.
