Jim, in many's opinions the previous leadership all the way down to most, if not all of those affiliated with it raked the shareholders over the coals.
Unconfirmed Belize oil finds where many believe the previous leadership and those affiliated with it sold a bulk of there shares when it spikes to $.13 the morning of Jan 30, 2012.
Unconfirmed oil from the W Texas wells. Lots of photos but no TRRC reports.
Rarely filed the 10 K's. Many are now believing that the previous leadership and all affiliated with it did some really bad things and are trying to cover it up. Hence there is no cooperation from the previous leadership to help Chris get it done.
