I would like that tactic if he was using the potential spin off to force hands. I would much rather they sell off the diagnostics for cash to another company. I don't want to start getting messy with shares from a spin off. I am frankly totally uninterested in AMBS Dx shares. It's much easier to just hold and watch the PPS go up.
