Don't really need a lawyer for this one SIO. What it means is that we have to now wait for ESSEX to determine if the zoning is accurate. 20 days or so, to file the appeal to Essex. If they do confirm that then an appeal can go to the top and then to court.
At this time we can not have a MMJ facility at that location. We can grow HEMP there. All dependent on license to do so. So, I see an interesting morning unless solid news with a solid plan comes forward in the morning.
Not going anywhere and waiting for a chance to grab more cheapies. Bill has a plan in place, and we just need to wait to see how he does it. Not likely it will be what any of us expect, if the past is any indication. GLTA
