READING OF BY-LAWS
That By-law 72-2014, 73-2014, 111-2014, 112-2014, 114-2014 be read a first, second and third time and finally adopted this 25th day of November 2014.
A) By-law 72-2014, being a By-law to amend the Official Plan to allow Marihuana for medical purposes production facilities in Employment designation and Industrial Hemp facilities in the agricultural designation.
By-law 73-2014, being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2-2012, Zoning Bylaw for the Town of Lakeshore, (ZBA-15-2014). Industrial Hemp and Marihuana for medical purposes production facility.
C) By-law 96-2014, being a By-law to provide for the repairs and improvement to the 4th Concession drain.
D) By-law 111-2014, being a By-law to exempt certain lands from Part Lot Control within Lots 3 through 10, inclusive, Lots 52 through 59, inclusive, and Block 60, Registered Plan Number 12M-556, for the former Township of Maidstone, now in the Town of Lakeshore.
