I don't disagree but until CEN is granted a license from HC nothin has been lost since they cannot grow legally. If CEN is never granted a license, on what basis would the company sue the town? No license, no business. No foul by the town, no harm to the company.

If they do get their license then they have a shot at going to court and use legal non-conforming but again, that hinges on getting the license. I have never said they will not get it, just saying to date they have not so no law suit on the adoption of these amendments is possible.

At least you have the strength of your convictions to have a conversation.
