I understand all of that..... The number you (collectively) suggest is not, in my firm belief, a workable number.

The problem arises when you suggest a 200 to 300 million increase and the real O/S stands at that already, if not higher. This has occurred before where shares have been sold beyond the A/S, Look at the last Q filed, NOTE 10 – DERIVATIVE LIABILITY.
I respect the group out there in Salt Lake, Very good people and great shareholders.
Personally, it looks to me like we need at least to move the A/S to 3 billion.
Is that something that is agreeable to the group out there?
