To All,
There are a group of shareholders in the Salt Lake City area, who collectively hold approx. 25%-30% of the common stock. On or about two months ago, Chris Tesarski flew to SLC and met with most if not all of that collective group. Many things were discussed.
Recently, Bull-Platon stated on this site that the shareholders in SLC would not go along with and or be part of a O/S A/S share increase. That statement is absolutely FALSE. The consensus was that we would support a reasonable increase. As of this date no request has been suggested by our CEO. I'm not sure what Platon's motivation was in making that statement, you all should come to your own conclusions...
