In writing my last post, I hadn't realized that mgmt had revised it's 'Interim Financial Report', as of the 23rd.
In it, an (s) section was added to the (a)-(r) sections of 'Convertible Debentures', but the o/s was still stated to be 36+mil, where it was 39+mil as of the 20th (not the 23rd) on otcmarkets. \o/ WTH! (lol)
But what might really intrigue fellow shareholders is the last part, of the last page, under 'Income Taxes' & 'Subsequent Events'. Imo, that might possibly give all concerned a better perspective on what's going on with the share structure.
