I guess mgmt felt it necessary to add another 3mil shares last week (o/s now at 39+mil), after filing an o/s of 36+mil on the 15th.
Regardless of why these shares are needed or what they're going toward, at least the company continues to be transparent as to the addition of such. That, and at least the float is staying comparatively small.
I find it interesting that the # of shareholders was also updated on that same day. Hopefully they're getting everything current for the audit we've been told is more than less imminent.
