Seriously the filings, that even the most simple investor can comprehend for this company, are so pitiful, and have been for years, show it is a prime Chapter 11 candidate if sales do not occur soon.
Add in that company management ,and affiliates, are the senior debt holders as well as these benefits off of your checklist that are easily obtained all at once from filing the petition and emerging,
- uplist,
-IPO,
-PPS appreciation,
-new BOD,
-controlling escalating share structure,
-and eliminating mythical NSS
And Chapter 11 reorganization looks like a distinct advantage for this struggling company.
Aren't all those items on your checklist ?
