My guess, Honeywell is THAT firm. P2O, Inc. has a history with control parts from Honeywell and an excerpt from this article:
"One part of a larger effort to build an environmentally sustainable factory, Airbus requested that Honeywell construct the powerhouse to Leadership in Energy & Environmental Designs, or LEED silver standards.
But Honeywell, which has a built similar plants in Rensselaer, N.Y., Washington, D.C., Wilmington, Del. and Clearwater, Fla., was able to better.
The widely-used method awards points for, among other things, using products that limit excess energy and water consumption and reduces waste during construction. According to officials as much as 20 percent of the building materials used bought locally and about 75 percent of the construction waste will be recycled."
