Well, yes, the RMP is absolutely backed up in a large way. Now, because the BOD's needs that, it could easily take a couple of months to get that done. But, that said, it does not mean we can't move forward with other listing requirements that need doing, so, all in all, I think it will balance out to the timeline mentioned earlier. These things just take time to do right, and you want that to happen because any mistakes are costly and time consuming. It will all get done though, This is not Bill's first rodeo. Just need patience.
