I understand and I agree that they surely have been strategizing the best way to leave the pinks. But as I understand it there are a number options they have in order to do it. The PR sounded to me like the BOD only just decided to use the spin-off option. That's why I don't think they have been working on a spinoff specifically all year, but rather working on finding the best way, which they just decided was a spinoff.
