Ehh sounds to me like PV got fckd. Dated Oct 21st they agreed (from how i interpreted it) Peter had to deposit 70 k within so many days to be held in trust. Then also provide all the info from port of palm beach deal then Quang would fulfill his end. October 23rd the port canceled the LOU making PV unable to fulfill his obligations to the written agreement of providing all the info. Perhaps just a coincidence of the dating of the agreement and then the pressing on the port by some people just two days later getting them to steer away from the deal entitling quang to file and enforce the agreed 156 k judgement. sneaky?
