Exactly, it's a fairly simple concept. There are many moving parts to this as their will be M&A's, Hemp and MMJ global deals, insurance to integrate into one platform while going through an IPO. There will be many new facts to come as the company can release them without jeopardizing the legality of the spinoff and IPO. I think some people are either overthinking it and/or being lazy and not taking the time to educate themselves on the process. You don't have to be a financier to get it, just keep it simple and it'll make sense.
