Just curious as to why they would use the phrase "wholly-owned subsidiary Cen Biotech". They are essentially stating that Creative Edge owns it all. There is nothing in the press release to indicate only a 75% stake. Wholly means entirely or fully. Why would they use that word if they are trying to be careful about how everything is phrased for legal purposes? They could have used partially. Using the phrase wholly I think was intentional. It was used in the title of the press release and again in the first paragraph. I don't think I am reading too much into it. It seems they are communicating that something may have changed in the ownership structure. That may be good for us because then there will be more of the pie to be divided.
