Again.....NOT LIKE A REVERSE MERGER. WHY? When the spin off comes, you JUST DOUBLED YOUR MONEY. SCHEECH.
Look at it this way as I believe this is what very well may happen here. First the spin off with Cen getting audited, and uplisted as a Licensed MMJ facility and all that entails. Stand alone company.
The other half of the deal is FITX, which includes hemp, insurance, and get better pills. Then, expect RXNB merger, with audited financials, and uplist as a company on it's own. I would expect the insurance part to either become partnered with some of the things RXNB is doing, or be spun off as well, keeping the shareholders of record in the loop. To me this is a win, win, win. GLTA
