I fear this idea of a spinoff would result in the same effect as a reverse split? Ultimately, the number of shares outstanding under cen bio would decrease drastically. Again, where is the incentive for those of us who purchased fitx because of the cen bio side of things? Someone suggested creating a 2 headed monster? In my opinion, rxnb should stay under fitx. If i am misguided, please advise...
