Fidelity investments, Investopedia , google search, etc. confirmed to me what I've been saying....pro-rata has only one outcome 100% of our shares come from the 75% ownership & will be 100% created in the new co. CEN Biotech....period...it's the law. Pro-rata was created to protect share holders in this situation. It's that simple.
