Re: Yachtsailor #43808
It seems to me that since FITX is only a 75% owner in CEN Bio INC we would not get 100% of the new shares in CEN Biotech INC, it seems logical to assume we would only get 75% of the new share structure (Whatever that may be) to divide among current FITX shareholders based on the number of shares we all hold.
Hypothetical example:
Assuming Mr. Smith owns 180,000 shares of FITX and the company has 9 billion shares Mr. Smith would only own .002% of the company.
After CEN Boitech INC spins off and it has a total of 500,000,000 (again, hypothetical) FITX would receive 375,000,000 shares to divide among current share holder based on their percentage of ownership in FITX. Mr. Smith would receive about 7,500 shares in CEN BioTech INC because .002% ownership stake.
