Filings are great for anyone who wants to register and or sell restricted but there is no body to buy them anyway without some sort of business and revenue stream. Without any sort of business I'm afraid all those shares are worthless .
I hope Chris can get the actual business going... If he can do that those restricted at least have a chance.
Thee are those who say ge the filings up to date, then we can get financing. I may be wrong but I do not think that any financier who gets a look at our financials is going to get excited about giving us money.
I hope Chris gets a deal done first, it makes the best business sense
