What happened to the filings? We ended up with a press release after saying it was too important for those type of .... Oh, yeah... the puppy ruined the filings...
Its very .... when filings promissed and then 9 days after deadline still none. What about selling stuff in Belize and the first deadline of financing by Nov. 17... Did that happen or are we supposed to just assume more problems and still wait?

While most people have lots of shares, I'm sure a bunch are going to add more to their position as it becomes real instead of talk. I don't like hanging around PC looking for promised filings and not getting any. I really don't like great filings and missing out on adding to position even worse... catch-22... can't win without filings.

Is their something that requires financials before 8k's and form 4's?
