Both shallow: No he didn't mention ESS to me in my conversations. But he did say in our December conversation that we'd be well above .10 cents by the U.N. Conference in January. We are trading at .079 cents today, 11 months later.
Gerald also told us 2 months ago that we were on target to up list by year end. He also said: "we don't even know if we'll need a reverse split!"
He also told us that as soon as the LP002 data was released we would get a Lympro partnership agreement....by the end of summer.
He also told us when he initially raised the authorized shares to 1 billion the first time, that the extra shares would not be used for dilution. But they were.
So Both shallow, since you brought up Gerald's conversations with me, I thought I would give a fuller perspective of what he has said over the past year or so....and where we actually are today.
