Perhaps the acquisition cash was needed on an earlier deadline than a possible sale of LymPro could provide.

I expect significant news today after market close or early tomorrow before the call. Then again, is it possible the update call scheduled on such short notice wouldn't find open slots during the day, and they had to elect to schedule it so early because there was no alternative time?
