Good question. It was my understanding buy backs were going to happen until the end of this year. Not sure where the December of 2015 came from. Been hearing that for a while. An r/s could be an option if presented to the shareholders properly and with good cause. There is such a bad stigma with an r/s, it would have to be put into complete context as to why.
