I appreciate you answering me quickly and thoroughly. Now while going over this in my head my understanding of Joel buying back shares will go through all of 2015 spending probably a couple million dollars to do so. Now why wouldn't Joel just go through a small RS now to drop the AS down instead of using profits and revenue of the company to do so when he could be using that money from expansion and equipment.
